Architecture
Chicago is a soaring three-level townhouse situated at end of
private driveway with sweeping valley views. The grey coloured
zinc-clad exterior complements the dynamic architectural form,
blending into its environment and requiring little
maintenance.
Low energy appliances, solar hot water and
PV solar panels assist to keep living costs to a minimum.
Interiors
Fine details and custom features are hallmarks of the interior. Floor to ceiling windows maximise views and flood the apartment in glorious sunlight, while the open plan design allows for natural ventilation. Warm timber tones in the flooring and cabinetry capture the essence of the apartment’s bushy, riverside setting.
